Lao Si

Description

Lao Si, a native from Sichuan, is head mechanic of the oldest and largest Chang Jiang 750 sidecar club - The Fire Dragons. Lao Si has been working on sidecars for over since the mid 1980's and considered as one of the big brothers of the industry by all sidecar motorcycle enthusiast in China and can be said the top mechanic for Chang Jiang 750 sidecars. If you can read and write Chinese, do a search for Fire Dragons in China and you will see lots of details of his experiences with sidecars. Lao Si has gone all over China in a sidecar and has even been to Tibet twice.

Lao Si's restoration are the tops and also his ability to make a sidecar reliable is what keeps the Fire Dragons riding. He is a great problem solver and can sort any problem out in an instant. Visit him and see what he can do for you.

Jiang Wei and Lao Si were the guys that invented the high speed 4th gear, the high speed rear drive, rubber insulators for carburetors in the mid and late 1990's, and in early 2000, they made the first water cooled engine and also the first oil cooler for the engine.
