national day ride one - Huang Shan BDMC

We tried earlier this year and couldn't get the truckers to cooperate. But it's looking much better now. So the plan is to hire a truck to ship our bikes down to Anhui Province, either Ningguo or Huang Shan City on Friday September 26th. Then we all hop a plan or a train and meet the bikes down in Anhui on Saturday or Sunday. Then we'll spend a week riding around the mountains and lakes of Huang Shan. We'll try and book one of the lakeside hotels for the week and make day rides.Then we'll ship the bikes back to Beijing on October 4th or 5th and get ourselves back to Beijing. So it's critical to know what size truck we need to hire, so anyone in Beijing on this list needs to let me know asap if they want to do this. I'm guessing round trip bike transportation to be in the neighborhood of RMB 2000-3000. But once I know how many bikes we're talking I'll get after some trucking companies.
Those of you on this list that are not in Beijing, can figure out the best way to get there on your own.
